This is not your typical tea or another hyped-up all-natural beverage. It is the elixir of life ( as the ancient Greeks would say ) an organically cultivated tea plant (herb) with centuries of history, which has been scientifically proven to offer a multitude of important health benefits as it boasts powerful antioxidant qualities previously recognized only in green tea.

This tea contains essential oils including over sixty constituents which have only recently been isolated. Its many health benefits include an aid for digestion and fighting colds. Collecting herbs for this unique tea is a true labor of love. Growing wild in rock crevices of hard limestone, these herbs thrive at altitudes exceeding 1000 meters. Villagers must hike the mountains, fully exposed to the intense Greek sun.

In our relentless pursuit to develop and launch unique, plant based and non-allergen healthy beverages, with inspiration from our traditional Mediterranean upbringing, we introduce our initial functional beverages. We infuse organic Greek mountain tea with natural spring water, natural flavours a pinch of agave nectar using absolutely NO preservatives. We leave nothing to chance.

The process is cold-brewed (using time rather than temperature to release the flavors), and combined with symbiotically fermented Greek tea, ( an herbal fermentation process that provides a synergy of biovailable nutrients without using high temperature or chemical solvents, to produce a superior healthy product) - All the stuff that is good for you - then the beverage is pasteurized (to meet microbial safety norms and avoid using artificial preservatives) and at the end; carbonization is added to maximize a refreshing and enjoyable fizzy cooling sensation to the tasty natural tea drink.
